A 4-week private experience blending yoga, mindfulness, and your own personal mission might be calling your name.

Your Sprint Includes:

  • 1 Initial Meet & Set Session 

    • Get to know each other, define your goal, create a realistic plan and measurement strategy for hard-data results tracking.

  • 4 Weekly Private Yoga Sessions 

    • Customized movement to support your mind-body goals.

    • Digital and in-person options available

  • 4 Weekly 1:1 Consultations 

    • Check-ins to celebrate wins and fine-tune your approach.

The Investment: Pay what you can. Seriously!

  • Our sliding scale honors accessibility

  • $150/week ($600 total) is what we would charge on the open market — but you choose your contribution
